  1. Check your address — the test button shows whether your details work right now.
  2. Re-check your UPRN at findmyaddress.co.uk.
  3. See supported councils — if yours isn't listed, a calendar link works instead.

Report a problem

Please include your council or provider, and what the display shows versus what you expected. Don't send anything sensitive — your postcode and UPRN are enough.

If your council isn't covered

Every UK council is recognised from a postcode, but a few don't publish a bin-day lookup we can read. Check whether yours offers an ICS/iCal calendar link — paste that on the setup screen and it works the same way. Councils are added as their sites allow it.
