Short version: no account, no password, no tracking, and nothing sold or shared.

What is stored

Only the settings you enter, so your display can be rendered:

Country, and either postcode + UPRN (+ house number where a council needs it), or a calendar link
An optional display name and your chosen display style

These are stored against the installation token TRMNL issues for your plugin. There is no user account, email address or password.

What is sent where

Your postcode goes to postcodes.io to work out which council covers you.
Your postcode/UPRN go to your council's own bin-day service to fetch your dates.
If you use a calendar link, that URL is fetched directly.

Collection schedules are cached for about six hours so we don't hammer council servers, and the last known schedule is kept so your display still works if a council is temporarily down.

What is not done

No analytics, no advertising, no profiling, no third-party sharing, and no selling of data. Nothing is used for any purpose other than showing your bin days.

Deleting your data

Uninstalling the plugin deletes your stored settings. Cached schedules expire on their own. To delete sooner, or to ask what's held for you, get in touch via support.
